Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Newtownmountkennedy Town Team will take place as follows:

1. Welcome and opening address.
2. Presentation of the Chairperson’s Report.
3. Presentation of the Secretary’s Report.
4. Presentation of the Treasurer’s Report.
5. Review of the past year’s activities, projects and achievements.
6. Discussion of future plans and priorities for Newtownmountkennedy.
7. Election of committee members and officers.
8. Any other business.
